Accessing the Database
To get started, access your Engage account via the web dashboard. Locate the Explore tab to find Discover Properties—your all-access pass to the UAE’s deepest well of property and owner data.
Here you'll find:
A Massive Database: Over 1.5 million UAE properties are already in the system.
Verified Properties: Properties with data confirmed by our team.
Owner Information: A vast number of properties have owner details attached, giving you a direct line for prospecting.
Precision Hunting: Using Smart Filters to Pinpoint High-Value Targets
Don't let the volume of data overwhelm you; the real power of Engage lies in its surgical filtering system, allowing you to transform 1.5 million records into a curated shortlist of high-intent leads.
Key Search & Customization Features:
Targeted Search: Use the filters to search by location, plot number, or unit number to find a specific property in seconds.
Customize Your View: Click the column selector to add or remove data fields like BUA, occupancy status, or reference numbers. Tick the columns that matter most to you.
Drag, Drop, and Organize: Arrange the columns in any order you prefer by simply dragging and dropping them. Keep your most-used information front and center.
Save Your Filters:
Do you frequently search for "3-bedroom villas in Arabian Ranches with owner info"?
Apply your filters once, give the search a name (e.g., "Ranches 3-Bed Hunt"), and save it.
Quickly jump back into your saved searches at any time.

Click any property to open its full profile. All the essential information is organized into easy-to-read tabs:
1. Overview
This tab gives you a quick summary of everything you need, including photos, property details, past transactions, ownership info, and current listings.
2. Details
Pro-Tip: From the Details tab, you can instantly Create a New Listing or, with the upcoming integration, generate a CMA by logging into Property Monitor.
The property information can be updated from any of these tabs.
2. Images
This tab allows you to view images, floor plans, and videos.
3. Transaction History

This tab reveals the property's sales and rental history. You can even view Community Transactions to get a feel for what similar units in the building or area are selling or renting for, giving you a powerful data point for your valuations.
3. Ownership: The Direct Line to Your Next Deal
This is the most powerful tab for prospecting.
See Current & Previous Owners: Understand the property's journey and identify long-term owners who might be ready to sell.
Access Contact Information: With a click on "Show Contact Details," you can retrieve the owner's mobile number and email address.
Call with Confidence: The system includes a "Safe to Call" tag and checks against the DNCR (Do Not Call Register). This crucial feature helps you stay compliant and focus your efforts on owners who are open to being contacted.
Log Everything: After a call, log it directly on this page. You can also view the complete contact history to see if other agents have reached out.
4. Listings (Internal & External)
Internal Listings: Instantly see if the property is already being handled by your team. Click "View Details" to access the full listing profile.
From the details page, you can immediately share a professional brochure, book a viewing, or add private notes to help with your strategy.
Gain the upper hand by viewing external listings. This allows you to understand the competition and see how similar units are being positioned.
Coming Soon: The Engage team is working hard on a direct integration with Property Finder, which will allow you to see live external listings across the major portals without ever leaving the Engage platform

In the Listings Tab, you can see if a property is listed internally by Betterhomes.
If it's your listing: Update it directly.
If it's a colleague's: Book a viewing or add a private note.
External Listings: Check competitors' live listings to understand market positioning.
